Intellectual property
The discovery findings and the shortlist belong to you. The work, its configuration, and any tooling we built to run it remain ours. After the engagement, you can take the discovery findings anywhere; the tooling stays with us.
Limitation of liability
Per the engagement letter. In all cases, our liability is capped at fees paid in the prior twelve months.
