When do you bill?
The discovery fee is invoiced on signing. The monthly fee begins when The work goes live. We do not bill by the message or the hour.
Can I cancel?
Yes, on 30 days’ notice. We do not lock you into an annual contract. The annual prepay is a discount, not a commitment.
What happens to my data?
We sign a data-handling agreement before any file moves. Files are encrypted at rest and deleted within 30 days of engagement end.
Do you integrate with my PMS?
CSV export covers most clinics. Live PMS integration (OpenDental, Dentrix, Abeldental) is included on Department and available on request for Team.
What languages does the work handle?
English and Traditional Chinese today. French and Mandarin in development.
What if it underperforms?
If the work does not book at least three appointments in the first month, the fourth month of Solo is free. The guarantee is in the engagement letter.
Who runs it day-to-day?
We do. You will have one named operator and a weekly digest. Your escalation contact is paged only when human judgment is required.
