What this site collects
Standard server logs (IP, user agent, referrer) retained for 30 days. No third-party analytics on the marketing site. No cookies set by Kiwiflow itself.
What we collect during an engagement
Only what is needed to run the the work you hired us for: your exports, the conversations The work has, and the escalations she routes. You sign a data-handling agreement before any file moves. The agreement names what is collected, where it lives, and when it is deleted.
Where data lives
Encrypted at rest in Canadian-region cloud infrastructure. Backups retained for 30 days, then deleted. We do not transfer data outside Canada without explicit, written permission.
After the engagement
Files returned, working data deleted within 30 days, backups within 60. You can request a written deletion certificate.
Your rights
Access, correction, deletion. Email the address in the footer. We respond within 30 days.
