FAQ

The questions we get before the call.

If yours isn’t here, ask in the call. We answer with numbers, not slides.

What does the discovery actually do?

It maps every recurring task in your operation, ranks each one by automation potential, and produces a written shortlist with the first workflow scoped end-to-end. You see it within five business days.

How is Kiwiflow different from Weave, Birdeye, or a generic chatbot?

Those are tools you buy and operate. Kiwiflow is the operator. We deploy the work, monitor it, route escalations, and report on it. You measure the hours the work absorbs.

What if The work makes a mistake or hallucinates?

The work is configured with hard escalation rules. Anything outside the defined workflow routes to a human with the conversation history attached. She is supervised, not autonomous.

How do you handle edge cases?

Edge cases are the discovery’s job. If a workflow has too many edge cases for automation to handle reliably, it does not make the shortlist.

Do I need to integrate with my PMS?

No. CSV export covers most clinics. Live PMS integration is available on Team and included on Department.

How long until the work is live?

Most clinics are live in fourteen days of sending the first export. The bottleneck is usually the data export on your side, not the work on ours.

What happens after the engagement ends?

Your files are returned, your data is deleted within 30 days, and the discovery findings remain yours. We do not hold your operation hostage.

Can I see a demo before signing?

The first call shows a worked example from a comparable operation, with the numbers attached. We do not run live demos on your data. That happens after the discovery, not before.

Do you work outside dental?

Dental is the first vertical. The discovery model scales to any service business where the bottleneck is human hours. We take on adjacent verticals case by case.

Bring one workflow. Leave with a shortlist.

Bring a task that takes too long. We will tell you whether the fit is right and what the first thirty days would look like in bookings.

No deck. No follow-up sequence. The call ends when the question does.
